paytame takes the privacy of every Filipino player seriously. This Policy explains exactly what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over your own data.
How paytame Handles Your Data
Six core principles guide every data decision we make. These are not just legal obligations — they are the baseline standard paytame holds itself to for every registered player.
Secure by Design
All personal data is stored using industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. paytame's infrastructure undergoes regular third-party security audits.
Purpose Limitation
We collect only the data that is strictly necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with Philippine regulations, and provide customer support.
Your Rights, Always
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time. paytame responds to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days.
No Data Selling
paytame never sells, rents, or trades your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers. Your data is yours — we are simply its custodian.
Minimal Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable Philippine law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Regulatory Compliance
paytame operates in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
Summary: paytame collects personal information to operate your Account, process payments, comply with Philippine regulations, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell your data. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your information at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at support@paytame.net. - Contractual necessity: Processing is necessary to perform our contract with you — i.e., to operate your Account, process your bets, and facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Without this processing, paytame cannot provide you with the service you have registered for.
- Legal obligation: Processing is required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the Data Privacy Act, and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. This includes KYC/AML procedures and the retention of financial transaction records.
- Legitimate interests: paytame has a legitimate interest in processing certain data to detect and prevent fraud, maintain platform security, improve service quality, and conduct responsible gaming monitoring. These legitimate interests are balanced against your rights and freedoms, and paytame will not override your interests in any manner that is disproportionate or unexpected.
- Consent: For optional processing — specifically the sending of marketing communications by email or SMS — paytame relies on your freely given, specific, and informed consent. You may withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time by updating your Account preferences or by contacting support.
06 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
paytame uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, maintain your session, analyse usage patterns, and deliver a personalised experience. The following categories of cookies are used:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential to the operation of the paytame platform. They maintain your logged-in session, store security tokens, and enable core platform functions. These cookies cannot be disabled without preventing you from using the platform. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under the DPA.
- Functional Cookies: These cookies remember your preferences such as language settings, preferred game categories, and display settings. They improve your experience but are not essential to core functionality. You may disable these via your browser settings, though some features may then work differently.
- Analytics Cookies: paytame uses aggregated, anonymised analytics to understand how players navigate the site, which game categories attract the most engagement, and where technical friction points occur. Analytics data is processed in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify individual players.
- Security and Fraud Prevention Cookies: These cookies support paytame's fraud detection systems by identifying unusual access patterns, detecting bot activity, and flagging simultaneous session anomalies. They are closely tied to platform security.
You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies beyond strictly necessary ones may affect your ability to use certain features of the paytame platform. To opt out of analytics tracking, you may also adjust your preferences in Account Settings under the Privacy tab.
paytame does not use third-party advertising cookies or retargeting pixels. We do not allow third-party advertisers to place cookies on the paytame platform or to collect data about your behaviour for their own advertising purposes.
07 Sharing Your Personal Data
paytame does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share personal data only in the specific circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
- Payment processors: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (Maya Bank), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank receive the minimum transaction data required to execute deposits and withdrawals on your behalf. Each payment provider operates under its own privacy policy and is independently regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
- Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC service providers process your identity documents strictly for the purpose of verifying your identity and age. These providers are bound by contractual data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
- Game providers: JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and other game software providers may receive a pseudonymous player identifier and bet/result data necessary to operate game sessions and calculate RTP. These providers do not receive your full name, contact details, or payment information.
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: paytame is required by Philippine law to report certain transactions and to respond to lawful requests from regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and courts. This includes AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) reporting obligations under the AMLA. Disclosure is made only to the extent required by the relevant legal obligation.
- Professional advisers: paytame's legal counsel, external auditors, and cybersecurity consultants may access limited personal data in the course of providing professional services to the Company. All such advisers are bound by professional confidentiality obligations.
- Corporate transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the Company's assets, personal data held by paytame may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and the applicable privacy terms of the new data controller before any change takes effect.
No International Transfers: paytame's servers and data processing infrastructure are located within the Philippines. paytame does not transfer your personal data to countries outside the Philippines except where strictly required by a payment processor or game provider operating under equivalent or greater data protection standards. Where international transfers occur, paytame ensures appropriate contractual safeguards are in place consistent with NPC requirements.
08 Data Retention

09 Data Security
paytame implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include:
- Encryption: All personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. All data transmitted between your device and paytame's servers is protected using TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy. Payment data in transit is additionally protected using tokenisation provided by the respective payment processor.
- Access controls: Access to personal data within paytame's internal systems is strictly role-based. Only personnel who require access to personal data to perform their job functions are granted it, and all access is logged and audited. Privileged access requires multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Infrastructure security: paytame's platform infrastructure is hosted in a secured environment with firewall protection, intrusion detection systems, and regular vulnerability scanning. Penetration testing is conducted periodically by independent cybersecurity professionals.
- Staff training: All paytame personnel who handle personal data receive mandatory data protection training on joining the Company and at regular intervals thereafter. Data handling procedures are documented and enforced.
- Incident response: paytame maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to the rights and freedoms of affected individuals, paytame will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay where required by the DPA.
Notwithstanding the above, no security system is completely impenetrable, and paytame cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your Account login credentials confidential and for ensuring the security of the device you use to access paytame. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you should contact paytame support immediately via live chat.

The paytame platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling under Philippine law. paytame does not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of 21.
All Account registrations are subject to age verification as part of the KYC process. Where paytame has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered Account holder is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, access to the Wallet will be frozen, and any personal data collected from the individual will be deleted upon confirmation of their age, subject to retention obligations arising from the AMLA.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the paytame platform without your knowledge, please contact us immediately via live chat or at support@paytame.net so that we can take appropriate action promptly.

It does not apply to any third-party website, application, or service that you may access via a link from within the paytame platform or that operates independently of paytame's infrastructure.
paytame is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any third-party service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and any other third-party provider you interact with as part of using the paytame service. Each of these providers is independently regulated and maintains its own data processing obligations separate from paytame.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever a change is made.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or the way we use your personal data, paytame will notify you by email to the address registered to your Account at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the paytame platform after any updated Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your Account and arrange return of any Real Money Funds.
